Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. No item will be accepted without a return authorization and will be returned to you at your expense. The address to send product to will be given with the return authorization.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Under warranty returns are posted on each product page due to items having different warranty periods. This only covers manufacturing defects. If item is damaged, warranty coverage will not apply and product will be returned to you. We will notify you of shipping costs to return to you and options to pay return shipping at that time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted to your credit card. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping. If item is damaged due to shipping, we must be notified within 24 hrs of receiving the item per tracking details. If item is damaged due to shipping, please send us an email at email@example.com with any pictures of damage from shipper which would help for a faster replacement of product. You must notify us for a return authorization number as well. After you receive your return authorization, address on where to send item will be given on the return authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us & to you may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If item is lost and you have shipping insurance, you would need to contact your shipper to collect the value of your product. We are not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
